A 21 Day Journey Into Your Nervous System
~The Body Knows Before You Know~
Healing Is Never Accomplished "In The Story," but In The Body, In The Nervous System.
Although there is a place for story in your healing journey...The ANSWER to healing has always been in your nervous system. Let's go on a healing journey into your nervous system together. Then, you will be able to write the next chapter to your story.
Are you ready to take action but don't know what action to take?
Trauma work can be so confusing but it doesn't have to be!
While all of these things above are healthy options, the key to addressing stored trauma in your body is actually in your biology itself.
All trauma becomes stored in the body, on a cellular level.
The good news is that there is a specific sequence to addressing stored trauma in the body and its effects on your health and life. This sequence honors the body, how the trauma got stored in the first place, and so is not only a specific sequence, but THE ESSENTIAL SEQUENCE if you really want to rise above the trauma and shine... on a cellular level.
Take A 21 Day Journey Into Your Nervous System With Me
Join me as I guide you through the essential sequence that will address stored trauma in the body. This is an experiential journey designed to bring you to a state of consistent, calm aliveness!
Before I discovered this sequence, I was doing things in the wrong order, and would have flare-ups of my physical health symptoms, let alone my emotions and coping mechanisms!
You. Consistent. Calm. Alive and Present For Life.
This course teaches you to understand why your body does what it does, understand which state it is in and how to shift it into a state of more safety and security in a matter of minutes.

Imagine how different your life could be if you were actually fully present rather than just reacting...
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- You are here physically, but not emotionally.
- Your energy is not into this moment.
- You lose hours staring at a screen.
- Your mind wanders off in a meeting or a conversation.
- You suffer from physical symptoms like headaches, nausea, joint pain, or stomachaches that you think might be stress-related.
HOW IS THAT WORKING OUT FOR YOU?
You've tried your best to change the pattern; tried to strengthen your willpower, but your body will "sabotage" you by shutting down or over-reacting when you don't want it to.
Certain therapies keep the focus on just the brain and don't address the body, and may actually make things worse. These are the dangerous yet standard practices of addressing stored trauma.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have the guidance to be lead through a healing journey?
IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL BE GUIDED ON:
How to work directly with your nervous system
How you can shift your emotional state and address stored trauma
How to start truly living life

Who Is This Course For?
Based on our experience, we have identified the type of individual who does very well with this course and experiences a significant transformation during the 21 Day Journey.
This course is for people looking for tools to become more empowered in their ability to help themselves; people willing to take personal responsibility for their progress (vs hoping it will be done for them). Successful participants see the value of community and will give to the group while also benefitting from it.
Who Is This Course NOT For?
This course is not for those who are currently unable to function independently for physical, mental or emotional reasons. The course is designed for people to learn a somatic practice of their own. This course is not for those who could not or would not be able to do their own work but rely on others to fix them.
I have created this course to guide you safely through the process of learning these exercises by yourself and creating a powerful group containment and attunement experience. This course is not for those who would not follow my guidance or be so triggered they could not do any work by themselves.
The course does not provide individualized medical or psychological care such as diagnosis, therapy or treatment. This course would not be for those looking for a doctor, therapist or diagnosis.
