Working with Lori

Identifying and working with your nervous system is the key to success! I have tried everything in the past and this is the right approach. Lori is so supportive and sincere. I highly recommend this program to everyone who has tried and failed so many times in the past. Thank you Lori!

- Mickey

At halfway through the program, I am 20 pounds lighter! Not only that, but I also feel more resilient, positive and empowered to try things like meal planning. I’m learning to be more gentle with myself. I’m trying out affirmations and thought interruption and replacement. I feel better equipped than ever to make positive changes in my life, and I’m grateful to be in this program.

- Kat

I’ve started sleeping very well and breathing through moments where I felt bad instead of reaching for food and this morning I woke up and I can look at myself in the mirror and like my reflection.

She focuses on addressing the underlying issues that create the need to emotionally eat and uses trauma-informed practices for the nervous system.

To gain a comprehensive understanding, Lori pursued certifications in somatic experiencing, parts work, trauma healing, and the Biology of Trauma®, with Dr. Aimie as her coach.

Her training enabled her to develop a comprehensive program for emotional eating.
