A safe place to start.
One of the hard lessons I had to learn when it comes to trauma work is that so often we do too much too fast. We jump in too fast. Here we take things in bite-sized pieces. We are going to start slow. Otherwise, we actually put our system into the trauma response that we're trying to rewire.
I'm so looking forward to guiding you through these exercises and seeing the changes that happen in the moment. You will see a whole new potential for yourself moving forward.

Hi, I'm Dr. Aimie. I invite you to take this retreat with me...
Whether it's healing for your family, healing for the people you work with, or healing onĀ your own journey, It all starts with one decision. Healing begins with me.
Dr. Aimie Apigian is the leading medical expert on addressing stored trauma in the body. She designedĀ the Starting Place retreatĀ and will be your guide, safelyĀ showing you where to start when it comes to navigatingĀ the Essential Sequence of restoring stored trauma in your body.
Through her own journey as an adoptive mother, her own health crash, two Board Certifications, two Masters Degrees, and over a decade of experience with thousands of patients, adults, and children, she has studied how life experiences get stored in the body and how to restore the body to its best state of health through her signature model and methodology, The Biology of TraumaĀ®.
What Patrick's experience was like working with Dr. Aimie.
