Certificate Course Track
Welcome! In this Biology of Trauma® module, you are taking the next step in understanding the biology of stress and how it can keep us stuck in survival mode—while learning how to rewire the nervous system for safety, resilience, and repair. I am excited that you have chosen to be a part of this course! Here are the legal details that I need you to understand about this online course and the Certificate Course Track.
1. SERVICES
This Biology of Trauma® Module is a 6-week module with 6 weeks of content, implementation focus, and final exams.
Content includes video recordings, downloadable documents (lecture slides and written curriculum), final oral presentation and final project
As part of the certificate track, you are required to complete the following to receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of this module:
- All of the core curriculum, including attending or watching the session recordings.
- Pass with an 80% score on the quizzes associated with each topic/chapter.
- Submit weekly homework and self-evaluation by the due date listed in the course.
- Attend at least 1 implementation meeting
- Submit a final project and participate in a final oral presentation with successfully showing competence in the material presented in this module.
You will receive a Certificate stating the status of Biology of Trauma® Professional after the completion of the whole Biology of Trauma® Certificate Course which includes:
Pre-requisite and Foundational Module: 21 Day Journey and All Parts of Me
Six (6) individual Biology of Trauma® modules
This is a certificate from Trauma Healing Accelerated, and not from an accredited body, nor a professional license recognized by any state or board.
Neither the Certificate of Completion for this module nor the Certificate of a Biology of Trauma® Professional entitle you to practice outside the scope of your primary license or training.
This Certificate of Completion for this module nor the Certificate of a Biology of Trauma® Professional is to complement the work that you do and does not entitle you to practice outside of the scope of your primary license or training.
You are ultimately responsible for understanding the limitations of your work/practice, and will not hold Trauma Healing Accelerated liable for any actions taken against you by a body of government or a regulatory board for practicing outside of the scope of your primary license or training.
We may end your access to the course if we determine that the course is too emotionally stimulating to you or is otherwise in your best interest.
2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS
You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your clients, patients, family, and children (where applicable), and all the decisions made during and after this module.
You express adequate knowledge of your ability and limitations and assume the risks of participating in this course and doing the different exercises. You release me and my employees and agents (if any), from any and all liabilities, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have or will have in the future against me, my employees and agents, arising from your past, present or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the course, unless arising from my willful misconduct.
You will not hold me liable for the outcomes of your work for yourself or your clients/patients.
If a court finds that I am liable to you, my total liability is limited to refunding the total amount of fees you have paid me for the course, and you will have no recourse against me for consequential, incidental, punitive or other damages.

3. LIMITATIONS OF THE APPLICATION OF THE COURSE MATERIAL
The Professional Certificate Training is to introduce you to the framework principles and due to the volume of the content it is not intended for you to become competent to safely implement in your practice. Instead, it is intended to give you a deeper understanding of the material and a more complete overview.
Competency and confidence in the implementation and integration of this material into your practice happen at the Advanced Professional level of your training.
At the Professional Level, you are encouraged to implement the material in your own life. THA cannot endorse those at the Professional Level to apply this in clinical practice safely without having more of the experience and knowledge that you gain at the Advanced Professional Level.
You take full responsibility for the implementation of this material in your practice as well as any of the outcomes.
4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
You must pay us the full amount of the price before we will give you access to the course. You acknowledge that you are paying for access to the course; you owe the full amount of the price even if you do not participate in the course. You are not entitled to any refunds, except in the following situation. We will refund you the full amount you paid for the course if you cancel your course membership before you access the course content.
A 2 payment plan has been chosen by some and the credit card on file will be automatically charged one month after the initial payment. Any failure of the second payment to process will result in inquiry and action.
5. DISCLAIMERS
You understand that my role here is to teach and train you, not to provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy or psychiatric services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental condition of the human body. Specifically, I am not providing medical, mental health or psychiatric care and we do not have a patient-physician relationship, and your clients/patients will not have a patient-physician relationship with me. I am not providing medical care, mental health care, or psychiatric services. We do not guarantee your results. We do not promise this program is right for you.

You agree to not share the links or content of this course with anyone else. This is how I can continue to provide quality content for you and others who have paid for this information and experience.
All content and curriculum in this course are copyrighted and are fully protected by law with legal consequences if it is found to be distributed or used without permission or without referencing "Trauma Healing Accelerated" as the source of that content.
7. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
While participating in this Professional Training Program, a Participant will become intimately familiar with the Company's intellectual property, processes, content, and forms. The Participant agrees to not share or assume any right to these copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, and other proprietary rights therein. The Participant agrees that any images, recordings, or writings of these processes that include their presence or contribution will remain solely the intellectual property of the business and they assign to the Company all rights, title, interest, and any royalties or proceeds derived from such intellectual property. All use of the Company's material and intellectual property by the Participant needs an appropriate reference to Trauma Healing Accelerated, Dr. Aimie, or Biology of Trauma®. The Company will take legal action in the event that it becomes aware of a Participant creating content of their own that appears in enough similarity to the Company's intellectual property without a signed licensing agreement and appropriate reference.
