Advanced Professional Training

Welcome! In the Biology of Trauma® Advanced Professional Training program, you are entering the Expansion phase of the Biology of Trauma® methodology — where you refine and apply the Recognize, Reasons, Repair framework in both personal and professional contexts. This stage is designed to deepen your precision, personalization, and pacing in application, while strengthening your ability to translate biological understanding into structured case work and client support.

This program includes applied learning through case studies, lab-informed insights, and live coaching demonstrations. It is intended to support professional integration of the framework with clarity, structure, and responsibility. I am glad you have chosen to take this next step.

Here are the legal details that you need to understand about this online course experience.

1. SERVICES

This program includes all of the following:

• A twelve (12) month Year 2 Advanced Professional Training program operating in the Expansion phase of the Biology of Trauma® methodology
• Monthly topic-based group coaching sessions with Dr. Aimie (1x/month), focused on biology, labs, and advanced application of the Recognize, Reasons, Repair framework
• Case study presentations, live coaching demonstrations, and client application reviews using the framework
• Peer accountability sessions (3x/month) with a structured 4-minute share format to support integration and professional consistency
• Access to a community platform for peer engagement and professional support
• A workbook including case study preparation pages, framework application tools, and tracking support
• Access to BioInsights and lab-informed tracking integration where applicable
• This program does not include 1:1 support unless purchased separately.

2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS

You acknowledge that this program is educational and coaching-based in nature and requires full personal and professional responsibility for application. You agree that you are responsible for how you apply the Biology of Trauma® framework in both personal and professional contexts, including any client or case-related work. You agree to remain within your scope of practice and applicable professional or legal boundaries at all times. You assume all risks associated with your participation and application of the material. You release me, my employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, damages, causes of action, allegations, claims, or demands arising from your participation in this program or your use of the material, unless arising from willful misconduct. You agree that outcomes resulting from your implementation of the material are your sole responsibility. If a court finds liability, it is limited to the total amount you paid for the program, and you waive any claim to consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this section.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

 You acknowledge that you are paying for access to the full Year 2 Advanced Professional Training program. You are responsible for the full payment regardless of participation level or completion.

For monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

For full payment: You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

If a payment plan is selected, you authorize automatic charges to the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule.

4. DISCLAIMERS

You understand that my role here is to teach and train you, not to provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy, or psychiatric services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental condition of the human body. Specifically, I am not providing medical, mental health, or psychiatric care and we do not have a patient-physician relationship, and your clients/patients will not have a patient-physician relationship with me. I am not providing medical care, mental health care, or psychiatric services. We do not guarantee your results. We do not promise this program is right for you.

5. PROGRAM CONTENT PRIVACY

You agree to not share the links or content of this program with anyone else. This is how I can continue to provide quality content for you and others who have paid for this information and experience.

All content and curriculum in this program are copyrighted and are fully protected by law with legal consequences if it is found to be distributed or used without permission or without referencing "Trauma Healing Accelerated" as the source of that content.

Authorization and Release Information

I understand my written or spoken comments about Trauma Healing Accelerated and its courses, services and products, through email, online or on video may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the company. 

I authorize Trauma Healing Accelerated to use my first name and brief information (type of license, general location in the world) associated with my comments.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Dr. Aimie Apigian and Trauma Healing Accelerated to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute my written or spoken comments for purposes of publicizing. 

These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against Dr. Aimie Apigian or Trauma Healing Accelerated for the use of the statement.

In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears.

I hereby hold harmless and release Dr. Aimie Apigian and Trauma Healing Accelerated from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I have read the authorization and release information and give my consent for the use as indicated above.
