Why won't your body stand down?

  • Your tests come back normal. The doctor says the same thing again.

  • Yet you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix and foods you once ate easily now upset your stomach.

  • You hold it together but most people never see the cost.

  • Your body isn't broken. It's been protecting you.

  • In this webinar, I'll show you what from and why it isn't ready to stand down yet.

My Story

In 2014 I was a physician in a surgery residency in Portland, and I could not get out of bed.

I was told it was burnout. I was put on two mood medications. Then the labs came back with autoimmunity, and my rheumatologist told me there was nothing I could do to keep it from progressing.

I had spent years learning how the body works. I had no idea what my own was telling me.

That was the beginning of a different path. I learned what my body had been trying to protect me from. I learned how safety, connection, and energy are built from the inside out. And I now teach this work so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Her book, The Biology of Trauma, is a USA TODAY bestseller with a foreword by Dr. Gabor Maté.

Her own health crisis, an autoimmune collapse during surgical residency, sent her on a search that took years, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and dozens of training programs before she found a sequence that actually worked.

She wrote The Biology of Trauma so no one else would have to search that long.

She teaches the Foundational Journey and Precision Nervous System Healing so that no one has to figure this out alone.
