“...I have found this is the best course I've ever done, and I dislike online learning. But this has really changed my mind about it. I've loved the generosity of this course. There's been so much to listen to. You're incredibly interesting as a presenter and speaker, and I've really enjoyed that, so there's been just so much, so I really want to thank you so much, Dr. Aimie, for what you've offered. It's just fantastic.
I think it's cutting edge, and I am really excited to be building this into my retreats and as I go forward and to my life as I get well, so thank you."- Rachel
“I'm a mom of four young children, and I can definitely now see when things happen in my children as a result of this course.  I'm like, “Oh, I can see what's happening here,” and bring in support. I can lean in and and help.”
– Christina WisemanÂ
"This has been a beautiful, rich journey for me.
Through this course, I have just found home. I have found rest, and I have found the truth, and that has led to trust. And that has led to love. And that has brought me more joy than I have ever known before. And I'm so grateful, Dr. Aimie, because you show so much love to all of us, and we all know how much you care. I'm just very grateful for all that you are doing."Â - Leeta

Gabor Maté Masterclass
A Traumatic Tension — Attachment vs. Authenticity
Have you ever said “yes” when your body was screaming “no”? Or kept the peace at the cost of your own truth?
In this masterclass, Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Aimie Apigian explore the hidden cost of losing yourself in order to stay connected. You’ll gain insight into how early attachment patterns shape a lifetime of emotional suppression, self-sacrifice, and even chronic illness—and how authenticity is often the missing link in healing.
Watch to discover:
-
Why chronic stress and illness often begin with unspoken needs
-
The biological cost of suppressing your truth to preserve relationships
-
How to recognize whether your reactions are authentic—or patterns from childhood
-
What it takes to begin honoring your body’s signals, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar
This isn’t just a conversation—it’s a chance to see your story through a new lens, and take one step closer to reclaiming your voice, your needs, and your self.

Deep Repair Bonus
Enjoy two bonus weeks to dive into the final attachment pains: Understand Me and Love Me. All six pains are now part of your healing journey.
