Experiences from Professionals Who Have Taken The Course
“My life was falling apart three years ago... I must have some kind of trauma if I've got fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome —turns out I have both...
...I am so much more myself now than ever before, and my life is starting over. I'm so grateful to her and what she's done for me, it's life changing”
– Kate
“So I am learning it is okay to be seen in a community where I feel safe, and that's extremely significant for me. So it feels like a sign, like it was a literal sign, and I feel like a sign in my body that this is okay to also be seen and pursue my dreams without fear of being seen.”
– Joyce Dahl
“When I first heard about you and started the program, my body was going through a lot of pain from things that happened in the womb. I realized that I need to heal from way back...
...I supported my heart and lungs, connected with that younger part, and my body started shuddering—releasing. It was like, whoa. This is wonderful, that I can support my body doing that.”
– Sandy
“I didn’t know why I was doing this course... but it’s been the most beautiful gift...
...One of the best I’ve ever taken in terms of shifting into a calm, alive state and being able to be here. It’s been an incredible change in my life.”
– Kelly Russell
"I’ve been on this journey for quite some time, and so many transformations have happened over the last year since starting with you...
...My affirmation lately has been: I choose to make space so that I can pace myself. And that’s how I can help myself the most. It’s tremendous."
–Lanniece Hall
"Since I started this part of the course, it triggered me a lot think of a situation when you didn't want to be here...
...I realize going back to what we are doing today, that my immediate reaction is yes. I just had this massive moment, I suddenly realized that, you know, this loud part of me overrides everything. And I think it's a very strong desire to live."
– Kate Barber
“This is the sixth module I started one year ago. This has been a very wonderful journey. I have learned so much about myself, and now I’m much more peaceful than before. I have a connection to my true self...
...It has been very healing for me.”
– Teuvo
”I have worked so hard for so many years to heal so many severe health issues I've had in my life, and I've made huge progress... not only in my health, but you know, in everything in my life by doing this program...
...The power of those is incredible. So I can't thank you enough.“
– Carol

Final Oral Presentation
Friday, December 12th

A 60-minute conversation with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk—psychiatrist, researcher, and author of The Body Keeps the Score—explores how trauma reshapes both mind and body. He explains why healing requires more than talking, how movement and sensory engagement restore agency, and why rebuilding curiosity, pleasure, and connection are essential for a life worth living

A 38-minute interview with Dr. Bruce Lipton—cell biologist and author of The Biology of Belief—reveals how trauma reshapes our genes through consciousness and environment. He explains how stress and unresolved trauma keep the body in protection mode, blocking growth and repair, and how shifting perception and belief can reprogram cellular behavior for true healing and vitality.

A 60-minute interview with Dr. Jeffrey Bland—founder of Functional Medicine and pioneer in systems biology—reveals how trauma and chronic stress shape our immune system and cellular health. He explains how fear-based living leads to inflammation and immune exhaustion, and shares how rebalancing our biology through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset can restore vitality and resilience.

A 60-minute conversation with Ruth Cohn—psychotherapist, author, and expert on trauma and neglect—explores how early experiences of neglect and disconnection shape our capacity for intimacy, safety, and pleasure. She discusses the “dilemma without solution” at the heart of neglect trauma, the importance of explicit communication and consent, and how regulation and repair restore presence and connection in relationships and the body.

A 48-minute interview with Thomas Hübl—spiritual teacher and author—redefines what it means to be “trauma informed.” He explores how trauma creates stagnation and fragmentation in the nervous system, why professionals must develop their own inner regulation to support others, and how trauma is not only individual but ancestral and collective. Through his lens, healing becomes the restoration of flow—within the body, relationships, and the larger human field

These sessions are approximately 45 minutes where you will be guided by mentors through somatic exercises and parts work. If you’ve been on the fence, this bonus could be the support structure that finally helps you move forward with confidence. We added it because we know: healing doesn’t happen alone. And now, you don’t have to.
