A 60-minute interview with Steven Wright—gut health specialist and founder of Healthy Gut—explores the deep links between trauma, gut health, and resilience. He explains how unresolved trauma disrupts digestion, microbiome balance, and energy, while sharing practical tools for repairing the gut, calming the nervous system, and building long-term resilience

A 50-minute interview with Dr. James Greenblatt—psychiatrist, author, and integrative medicine leader—on the vital role of low-dose lithium in nervous system regulation. He explains how lithium supports mood stability, reduces inflammation, protects the brain, and clears up common myths, while sharing practical guidance for safe use to improve resilience and long-term emotional health.

These sessions are approximately 45 minutes where you will be guided by mentors through somatic exercises and parts work. Your Biology of Trauma® Instructor,
Aimie Apigian, MD, MS, MPH
Dr. Aimie is a double Board-Certified medical physician who specializes in trauma, attachment, addictions. Author of The Biology of Trauma, she addresses the impact and repair of trauma at the cellular level. She earned her medical degree at Loma Linda University and has a Master's in Biochemistry and a Master's in Public Health. She trained for over three years as a general surgeon before changing her career path to help people and train practitioners how to address The Biology of Trauma®.
In addition to her medical studies, Dr. Aimie has trained in trauma therapy modalities. She studied with Dr. Allan Schore on Attachment Regulation Theory, trained in Somatic Experiencing, NeuroAffective Touch™, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) and the Instinctual Trauma Response Model™ and Psychodynamic Drama.
Her initiation to trauma came from Miguel, whom she adopted from the foster care system during medical school. Because of that, she is not one to sit back and talk about problems. She is a solution-focused action taker- always looking for ways to improve our approach and accelerate the healing journey back to our best health and our best selves.
