Business Description:  I am passionate about health and mental wellness, and the connection between the two. I especially enjoy helping women and couples in midlife adjust to find health, reduce anxiety, and strengthen relationships or heal and grow from those that have ended. I also enjoy giving space for spiritual growth and exploration to find joy and connection in a more expansive way. I have been a therapist for almost 20 years, and a group clinic owner for over a decade. I am passionate about supporting all health professionals both that work in my clinic and those I see as clients, as we all navigate the challenges being a health professional has on our own health, mental wellness, and relationships. Additional specialized training includes EMDR, Integrative Mental Health (my primary modality), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (Certified and Supervisor) My clinic, Couples & Family Therapy Center, LLC, has a variety of therapists who see all ages of kids and adults, including play therapy, with a focus on relationships and attachment, mental wellness, and trauma work.
