Business Description: I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc., and I am trained to evaluate a client's individual nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies. We provide support and education as to how whole foods can support the body's natural ability to heal. I make bio-individual recommendations of dietary and lifestyle considerations and nutritional supplementation based on an in depth client interview, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, analysis of a client's food journal, and the unique goals of the client. I use a foundational approach focusing on digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral balance, fatty acid balance, and hydration.
