I help motivated, health-conscious professionals who feel tired, moody, STUCK and in pain to achieve brain body balance so they can get their joy back in their life. I really like working with folks who have autoimmune issues. After having 28 years of undiagnosed Lyme and Celiac disease, and two trips to the psych ward for suicide attempts, my mission is to help those who are frustrated and feel hopeless. I want to give them hope!
