After spending almost 30 years in the legal sector, specifically as a Scottish Law Accountant and Accredited Paralegal, I really wanted to change direction and follow my heart to help others. I had spent many years struggling with my own anxiety and autoimmune issues, and found EFT through the wonderful work of Dr Dawson Church and have become a Certified EFT Practitioner confident in the knowledge that EFT “just works”. Using EFT has given me huge relief not only with my own anxiety but also my chronic eczema and consequently I have changed my perspective on what is truly possible with just a little bit of initial curiosity! Whilst I would be honoured to work on any type of issue to support my clients, I also specialise in working with autoimmune issues, bringing my own unique insights to sessions with calmness and empathy. With a very sympathetic approach, I will help you discover the root causes and gently work through these allowing the tapping to work within a safe and supportive environment. Initially, I offer a “clarity” session in which we would get to know each other and check that we are a good fit and explore the basics of EFT so that you can experience the benefits straightaway. I am based in Scotland and will normally connect with you via zoom or video messenger and am open to working within all different time zones.
