As a former massage therapist, I am deeply committed to the body as a primary center for wisdom, healing and self-communication. I work with survivors of trauma, those with chronic and terminal illness and anyone who wants to expand and explore the meaning of and vision for their lives. My approaches include somatic awareness, EMDR, medical and non-medical hypnotherapy, IFS or 'parts' work, and fostering a relationship with the body as a place of transformation rather than fear.
