Business Description: I use an integrated and collaborative therapeutic approach when working with those that are courageous enough to take steps toward self discovery and healing. I am a mindfulness practitioner and my sessions are deeply distilled in the tenets of mindful self compassion and compassion focused therapy. Somatic work, movement and sound may also be weaved into a personalized action plan. Ultimately, I use my intuition and my multidisciplinary training to help guide growth towards a safer relationship with oneself and the world.
