My mission is to help people identify and become the fullest expression of who they are so that they can make truly wise and healthy life decisions. I am a licensed psychologist and am also certified in a variety of body and energetic modalities which include reiki, zero balancing, bodytalk, cranial sacral therapy, and therapeutic touch. In addition I am a certified taijiquan qigong teacher and practitioner. As my clients learn to calm their nervous systems and understand themselves better, I seek to inspire and teach them to use their inner wisdom, creativity, and courage to heal their past and live their present lives to the fullest.
