I was sexually abused as a child - I am from an alcoholic family that was quite dysfunctional. I experienced a great deal of trauma as a child and also as an adult. Two of my siblings committed suicide in their teens. I have a high ACEs score. I have been diagnosed by a Trauma & Abuse specialist as having both C-PTSD & PTSD. I have 37 + years of ongoing & continous sobriety, I am very informed about addictions and have overcome many addictions myself. I am now a Spiritual Counselor & Teacher, a Trauma & Abuse Counselor, and a Facilitator for Trauma & Abuse Support Groups. I am here to be truly helpful to those who have been abused & traumatized. I am now able to use all my experiences, which previously were liabilities, as healing tools and assets to help others to heal!!
