I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in anxiety, trauma, attachment issues and marital Counseling. I am also a Trust-based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner working with children and families with attachment and/or complex developmental trauma. One of my modalities includes the Internal Family Systems. As I have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, I've noticed chronic health issues that are prevalent and became interested in the intersection of functional medicine and psychotherapy as well the somatic practices. My goal is to be able to provide holistic care that takes into account all of these factors in support of their healing journey.
