Business Description
Our program is an integrative one since best performance encompasses a wide landscape. By helping clients assemble a team of functional medicine providers and cognitive therapists, we make sure that all aspects of a clients health are addressed. We help clients gain skills in self regulation through the use of individualized neurofeedback brain training and analyzing nutrition and lifestyle issues with our in house IFM trained health coach. In our work with trauma, we are informed by the work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Sebern Fisher, Dr. Ruth Lanius, Dr.'s Sue and Siegfried Othmer and Dr. David Kaiser and have incorporated their, and many others, perspectives into our program.
