I work with men and women as a Trauma Informed Holistic Practitioner and Coach. I have a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology & Consciousness, Health and Healing and my specialty is working as a Certified and Accredited EFT Tapping Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I have expanded my work and studies integrating Somatic Experiencing and The Biology of Trauma, which has proven to bring more profound and effective healing for my clients. The ability to educate and empower my clients to take responsibility for their health and well being so they can fill in the missing pieces of their journey has brought my practice to another level.
I incorporate my skills as a Certified Integrative Life Coach, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, as well as Expressive Writing. My passion is supporting my clients' Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spirituality releasing their traumas and limiting beliefs while guiding them in their own unique process. I love educating and have published writings on the Mind-Body Relationship for chronic conditions.
With decades of experience, education, and overcoming the challenges of my personal journey, it is my heartfelt intention to develop deep connection with my clients. I create a safe and gentle space for vulnerability, honesty, compassion and for experiencing peace and freedom within, so they can live into their full expression. I offer 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring, as well as facilitate Expressive Writing groups.
