Kathy founded her company because of her own health journey. She refers to herself as a Holistic Soberista. She has experienced recovery from alcohol and disordered eating first hand. Professionally, she is a Physical Therapist of 17 years turned Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner, Recovery Nutrition Coach, and Mind, Body, Eating Coach. Her life experience and training inspired her to create a framework that combines functional nutrition, positive psychology and mind-body science that helps resolve the discomfort felt in early recovery/sobriety as well as bring about sustainable transformation to a life that is truly happy, joyous and free.
