I am the founder of Harmony Leadership Development and The Harmony Leadership Way™ system, both created to empower positive change through courageous leadership development and compassionate action. When we consciously develop individually from the inside out, we develop collectively, creating a better future for all by becoming transformational leaders—whatever age, stage, role, or situation. It starts with you. As an International Coaching Federation PCC, Certified Trauma-Informed Executive Coach, my approach is personal, transformational, and entrepreneurial. I partner with my clients to consciously grow and heal by unlocking the power of their unique leadership—learning it, loving it, and leading with it at work and in life. This inside-out approach harmonizes the being and the doing, creating courageous leadership, compassionate action, trusting relationships, and extraordinary results. Typically, my clients—executives, entrepreneurs, directors, emerging leaders, and professionals— engage me for one or more of the following reasons: they have a specific goal they want to focus on; they feel stuck; they are facing a particular challenge; and/or they acknowledge that taking their work-life to the next level requires deeper, more personal work. I take a whole-person approach and dive deep for results that not only positively impact the effectiveness of individual leadership and careers but also enhance health and quality of life experience. Being trauma-informed is central to my professional and personal practice. The models and tools that I engage within my practice are anchored in transformational leadership and coaching, neuroscience, biology, psychology, adult development theory, and somatics. To get greater leverage on strengths as well as transformational and healing opportunities, I administer assessments including the Integrative Enneagram Assessment and The Leadership Circle’s 360 and Collective Leadership Assessments. These tools go to the source of behaviour, light the way for healing, transformation, growth, and, in turn, provide hope for tomorrow and the greater good. .
