Willpower powers change only until we’re exhausted. Building our capacity to make more energy in our cells helps us clear the stresses and not become exhausted and overwhelmed, letting us make the changes we need. We can rewire our nervous systems for a more resilient, more secure, calmer, happier life. Hi, I’m Krista Munson. I provide trauma-informed health coaching together with healing arts to resolve your stress and deep-seated trauma in a lasting way. These work without any need to tell your trauma story and re-live it. I have learned about trauma and health in the hard-knocks school of direct experience as well as formal instruction. For a decade I have practiced Emergence Care, the healing art that brought miraculous change to my life, giving direct experience that Love is what we are—a powerfully healing message we usually keep locked in our unconscious. For over five years I have coached people with the information needed to turn their health around. I help them heal their metabolism, chronic inflammation, and the chronic conditions those create, including autoimmune, neurological, hormonal and cardiovascular conditions and also diabetes. I use a lifestyle approach called Miraculous Health, designed by Dr. Steven Teagarden, based on a deep dive into the science of what actually works, married with Love as a healing power. My study of the biology of trauma with Dr. Amie Apigian brings exciting new ways of supporting my clients (and myself!) in healing our stored trauma, that we may better heal our bodies, minds and hearts. Somatic Experiencing, nutrients and lifestyle changes can change what’s otherwise possible. Wellness From Within You is my synthesis of all these approaches and experiences. All healing comes from within; you are the healer, finding the Love that you inherently are, and the healing peace that brings. My job is to provide support and hold space for you, while providing you with the specific information you need. I work with people 1-to-1, either online or in person.
