Welcome to my Integrative Wellness Practice. I support your health, healing, and recovery from the symptoms of trauma, stress disorders, PTSD, and complex medical issues. My role as a body-oriented practitioner and a health coach is to gently and respectively guide your exploration to support your body’s own story and capacity for healing through compassion, deep listening, therapeutic dialogue, and as appropriate, somatic bodywork. My work comes from my background, certifications, and training in the Advanced Studies in Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Recovery, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Therapy as well as other energetic and intuitive practices I’ve been cultivating over the past 20 years.
