Lynn works as a Transformational Coach with a background of 30 plus years as a Professional Sculptor. She is Certified in the highly effective complementary healing modalities of Havening Techniques®, EFT, NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Lynn integrates this array of disciplines into her therapeutic work to be fully respectful and supportive of the individual needs of every client. Throughout their time together her clients experience a sense of what it’s like to return to their peaceful centre to do their personal work. They have the opportunity to develop and practice this way of being both ‘in session’ and on their own. With practice, they become more resilient and capable of doing the work that will allow them to step back into their world from a resourceful place. Infused with clarity, wisdom and inspired confidence they become more capable of creating the outcomes that will better serve them moving forward. Growing up as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Lynn experienced many challenges as she tried to fit into a world that she didn’t fully comprehend. Nature and creativity were the pillars she leaned on for support as she navigated the complexities of the world around her. These pillars provided the ‘safe haven’ where she could rediscover her sense of self while honouring and nurturing her unique gift to the world. Lynn’s professional healing work is informed by this process of returning to self. Havening Touch® creates the safe environment for the transformational process to occur. Her personal journey with adversity, complex trauma, profound loss, grief and the eventual metamorphosis of these experiences allow Lynn to work from a place of deep compassion and understanding throughout the healing process.
