I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner (with in-person training from Gary Craig in 2006). I hold a certificate in Healing Ministry from Joan Hunter Ministries and Julia Ross in her Amino Acid Therapy course. I'm also a current student in the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Program. My health coaching practice is trauma-informed both professionally and from personal experience, in that I've done my own healing from childhood trauma. My work focuses on empowering women on their healing journey to recover from IBS, chronic fatigue, and other trauma-related health issues.
