First, I am a wife and mom of three precious children. My love for them is my "why" for everything. Professionally speaking, I am a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Amen Clinic Brain Health Specialist*, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, AACC Mental Health Coach* and published author. I specialize in holistically supporting mental health challenges, especially among the adolescent and teen population. My programs are family focused because all illness is a family affair. None of us grow sick on our own, and none of us can fully heal on our own. We need healthy relationships above all else. I work closely with mothers, as they are the cornerstone of the family. They are equipped with a unique ability to support and nurture their families in a powerful way. That is why my coaching maxim is "Heal Mom, Heal Her Family."
