I love to help others get past the "stuck" places in their lives. As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Coach-Trainer, I work both 1-to-1 and in groups, with clients and students, to help them set and reach goals, both personally, and professionally. My experience as a NeuroAffective Touch® Practitioner blends seamlessly with my coaching style, to help my clients and students build and/or nurture mind-body relationships. It's a wonderful integration of Trauma-Trained coaching and Somatic work. I can't wait to add a "Biology of Trauma" certification to my practice soon as well!
