A: You are enrolling in the Focused & Free - A 12-Week Roadmap To Repair the Roots of ADHD Course. This is a 12-week course that includes live lectures with Dr. Aimie and Shyla as well as downloadable course materials.

A: The estimated time is 1 hour & 30 minutes to 2 hours per week for the 12 weeks of this course. This includes the total time commitment between reading, attending the live class or watching the recorded lectures and somatic exercise video, and going through the bonus materials. The live meetings every Monday will take approximately 60-75 minutes. The Guided Somatic Exercise video is recommended to be done daily.
