The 21 Day Journey to Calm Aliveness is the foundational module and must be taken before the Biology of Freeze and Overwhelm Journey.

Yes, even though it's intended for professionals, because I wanted to start teaching other professionals how to use this in their practice, there was enough people asking me like, “Hey, don't leave us out. We want in.” And so I made that available to everyone.

Take Charge of My Trauma Track (Non Certificate)
Prerequisite course: The 21 Day Journey.
Focus: Personal application without certificate
Description: This is a NON-CERTIFICATE course containing all of the same lectures and course material as the Professional Training Track. Participants of this course will NOT complete homework, quizzes, or a final oral exam. They will not receive a certificate of completion. If you would like to earn a certificate of completion and/or be eligible for the Advanced Professional Training (see information below), you will need to enroll in the Professional Training Track courses.

Professional Training Track (Year 1)
Prerequisite course: The 21 Day Journey.
Focus: Personal application with certificate (strongly recommended for professionals).
Description: This is a CERTIFICATE course that will contain all of the same lectures and course material as the Take Charge of My Trauma Track (non-certificate). Those in the Professional Training Track will complete homework, quizzes, and a final oral exam. Participants will also attend an implementation meeting and receive a certificate of completion. Completion of the Professional Training Track will make you eligible to enroll in the Advanced Professional Training Track (see details below).

Advanced Professional Training Track (Year 2)
Prerequisite courses: The 21 Day Journey AND completion of all 6 Biology of Trauma Modules on the Professional Training Track.
Focus: Professional application with certificate
Description: This course has a special focus on professional application and implementation. You will learn how to design treatment plans and/or client specific recommendations based on the case presentation and your assessment. You will receive support in adapting all of the course information to your particular profession and scope of practice. This is a CERTIFICATE course that is designed for professionals and those that would like to take what they learned in the Professional Training Track and apply it to their profession/practice.

Yes, you can upgrade from the Take Charge of My Trauma track to the Professional Certification track. Email [email protected] for the link to pay the difference and change tracks. 

If you are not sure if you want to use this content in a professional capacity, you should purchase the course as the Take Charge of My Trauma track. 

You can upgrade to the Professional Certification Track no later than the 1st week into the module since there are weekly quizzes and homework assignments for the Professionals Track and the Implementation and Final Oral Exam meeting at the end.  If you decide to upgrade after the module, you would need to wait until the module is offered again and then complete the additional requirements at that time. 

This is an agreement that I asked you to make with me, that I share this with you and this is for your purposes. For the professionals, it's different. So, there's a different agreement that I have with professionals where I'm wanting them to use the assessment forms. I'm wanting them to use this information and forms to start implementing it. And so, in that sense, it's not fair to those of you who are paying for this journey and content to have individuals to share what others have paid for. And others get it without the context, without the experience. And there's a reason why I make the 21 Day Journey a prerequisite. The content is not safe without that foundation, without those tools. So, I wouldn't want someone having access to this without those tools, without those skills.

Yes. I'm basing it off of a lot of the experience of those who went through this last module. And all they had was content curriculum and lectures from me. And even with that, there was such transformation that happened.

The first payment is due on registration. And then the second payment is due a month later.

For the Biology of Trauma modules, the most important thing that you will get are the tools as a professional. By giving you the certificates, you're able to show the people that you work with, “I'm advancing my training. I'm still learning more things so that I can help you better.” After going through all of the modules, if you decide you want more, then there is the next level, the Advanced Professional, that is optional. There are just more opportunities for advanced training. Above and beyond the Biology of Trauma modules, there will be some other advanced trainings provided as well. So again, it's being able to show the people that you work with that they can trust you more with the skills and tools that you continue to gain.

That's a really important piece for me. I provide all of the references where I have gained my material from. It's a combination of all my different trainings, which reflects in my curriculum and module content, which are supported by resources and references.

So, you don't have to figure out how to bring the 21 Day Journey in, I've done that for you. I've created it so that this is a very natural next step. I bring the 21 Day Journey into the Freeze and Overwhelm journey. You're building on your experience here. It's not a completely different journey. It's just a deeper journey into this specific focus. Throughout this journey, we use the tools, the skills, and the language, which are all based on the 21 Day Journey.

- For those in the "Take Charge of My Trauma" (non certification) track,  the online community is hosted on Facebook. 
- For those in the Professional and Advanced Professional track, the online community is hosted on Might Networks and is called "The Professionals Network." 
We have created separate communities for each track in order to provide content and facilitation that is specific to that track. For those that are in "Take Charge of My Trauma" we wanted to filter out the questions that are related to professional application so that the content is relevant.

We encourage the course members to complete the weekly assignments within the deadline as much as possible so you could also receive your certificate of completion on time but if you're unable to submit it within the due date, you can notify us by sending an email to [email protected]. Most importantly, all the homework assignments need to be completed first before the Final Oral Exam.
