Congratulations for exploring this opportunity to have personal 1:1 support from a Biology of Trauma® health coach.

I’m excited to offer you this opportunity to address your Biology of Trauma® in a targeted, individualized way by meeting with a health coach!
I believe this truly is the best way to get the support you need to make the most progress in the shortest amount of time on your journey.
When you meet with a health coach trained in the principles and framework of the Biology of Trauma® model, you will walk away with an organized, strategic and personalized plan to move forward and feel your best.
I look forward to seeing the results you get after meeting with a health coach who I’ve personally trained in the Biology of Trauma® framework!
