Congratulations for exploring this opportunity to have an Immune System health focused personal 1:1 support.

I am so happy to be able to provide you with this support and help you be successful!
There is nothing harder than having to try to figure out things alone and feeling lost and unsure. Especially when it comes to your health, your brain and rewiring trauma patterns, let's get to effective action!
You will schedule a time with one of the health coaches below for your focused 1:1 support on immune health and will include an evaluation of your overall immune function, including assessment of inflammation, autoimmune risk, and more. When you go to schedule, there will be an agreement you sign stating you understand these sessions are not medical care and I am not acting as your physician.
These health coaches are wonderful, very competent and work very closely with me. In fact, they are in the Biology of Trauma® Advanced Mentoring Program with me, a deeper level of training with me than the Biology of Trauma® Certification Course.
Once you schedule your session with them, you will complete assessment forms which we will review before you meet with your health coach.
When you actually meet with your health coach, they will already have our recommendations to review with you and to support you with resources to be able to take action and implement.
Thank you for your trust in us and we look forward to providing you the support you need to help you be successful!
