What You Get Out of ICS!

"This community is really important to me. It's a support to keep me going..
The Somatic Drop-Ins are wonderful. I feel like I'm meeting with friends and connecting again. I’m grateful!"

What is the Commitment?
Apart from the monthly membership payment, your level of time and energy commitment is entirely up to you. You are invited to participate in live community events, to engage with other members, to share your successes, and to consume the additional resources provided within the membership platform to the degree that you desire. The financial commitment is equivalent to treating yourself to a really nice dinner once a month.
What ICS Members Have to Say
"The 21 Day Journey was amazing. I learned lots of skills and met lovely people...
But continuing with the Somatic Drop Ins, that's where it's really become ingrained. Like I immediately go in and drop into the parasympathetic. Without the Drop Ins, I definitely wouldn't be where I am right now. And community!"
-REBECCA
"ICS is what changed things for me. It allowed me to connect with others, feel accepted, and drop further into my body...
I'm understanding on a deeper level. This is the first experience I've ever had where I felt so safe and supported in a group setting that I was able to stay engaged."
-GERIANNE
"I loved the 21 Day Journey, and so I immediately signed up for ICS and started going to almost every Drop In..
I felt this instant connection and co-regulation. It felt like my family - like there's a puzzle piece where I fit in. I'm learning so much. Being in ICS has multi times added value to whatever I got out of the 21 Day Journey. I am so grateful to be part of this community."
