What is a Biology of Trauma® Health Coach?

I’m excited to offer you this opportunity to address your client's Biology of Trauma® in a targeted, individualized way by meeting with a health coach!

I believe this truly is the best way to get the support your clients need to make the most progress in the shortest amount of time on their journey.

When they meet with a health coach trained in the principles and framework of the Biology of Trauma® model, they will walk away with an organized, strategic and personalized plan to move forward and feel their best.

I look forward to seeing the results your clients get after meeting with a health coach who I’ve personally trained in the Biology of Trauma® framework!

What is a Biology of Trauma® Health
Coaching session?

Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health and the Biology of Trauma® to help your clients reach their physical and mental health goals.  Together they will create a roadmap to implement positive, sustainable lifestyle, therapeutic and dietary changes for their success.

Coach’s background and training make them uniquely qualified to support your clients in discussing recommendations to help them know their next best step for their life and health.

Please Note: Health coach works on a referral basis with Trauma Healing Accelerated and is not employed by the company.

What to Expect

Health coach will review their forms and assessments and present a recommended plan for them during their 1:1 session. Recommendations in their plan may include nutritional advice or supplement recommendations, as well as addressing lifestyle factors. They may also recommend reading or other assignments like journaling, drawing, body-focused exercises and courses that would be the best fit given your client's history and presentation.

Our Goal For The Session

Clients will walk away with a plan that they understand and can be successful with!  They will understand the reason for the different action steps in the plan and know when and how to follow up as would be helpful to them. The goal for this session is for your clients to be empowered with information about their body and ideas for next steps they could take to achieve a better life after living with the effects of stored trauma on their body and health.
