1-on-1 Mentoring Session

Congratulations for exploring this opportunity to have personal 1:1 support from Trauma Healing Accelerated™.

Not everyone considers doing this for themselves. This says a lot about you. You are committed to getting better and becoming the best version of yourself.

You are our kind of person and we are glad to support you in this!

What does personal support look like? This personal support can include a review of your history, presentation, and any additional information.

You will provide information at the time of your scheduling, and will all be reviewed by your mentor and Aimie Apigian, CEO of Trauma Healing Accelerated, LLC.

You will then meet 1:1 with your mentor to hear recommendations and together, you will create a plan for your next best steps on your journey to better physical, mental and emotional health.

1:1 support from a mentor affiliate with Trauma Healing Accelerated will help you learn ways to achieve a better life after living with the effects of stored trauma on your body and health.

Meet The Trauma Healing Accelerated Mentors

Jane Prescot

RN, MDiv, FMCHC, CIRS proficiency Partner Diplomate

"Hello, I‘m Jane. I’ve practiced as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, and more recently also as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. My health crash related to mold exposure came in 2016. I recovered my health over time following the Shoemaker Protocol but it sparked my interest in Environmentally-related Illness, especially mold toxicity, or Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome.

When I heard what Dr. Aimie was teaching about the nervous system I recognized that the biology of trauma had been playing out in my own nervous system, but I also saw that this Biology of Trauma® is an important piece of the puzzle for many people who are struggling to recover from chronic illness, especially environmentally-related illness.

I’m so glad you are considering working with Dr. Aimie to recover your health. I believe in the innate wisdom of the body, and that identifying root causes and restoring balance on every level, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, is good medicine.

I‘m passionate about empowering those who have chosen a functional or integrative approach to health to take an active role in their journey to wellness, and I look forward to working with you if you suspect that mold exposure is contributing to your health concerns."

What to Expect

Dr. Aimie Apigian and your mentor will review your individual information and make a plan of personalized recommendations. Your mentor will review the recommended plan with you during your 1:1 session. Recommendations in your plan may include nutritional advice or giving advice concerning nutrition, supplements, vitamins and lifestyle factors. They may also include readings, assignments like journaling, drawing, body-focused exercises and courses that would be the best fit given your history and presentation.

As part of training purposes, mentoring sessions may be recorded by Trauma Healing Accelerated who will own the recording and transcript. These will be stored under all confidentiality and not shared with anyone outside of Trauma Healing Accelerated.

Each session will begin promptly on time and end promptly on time, regardless of the time that you enter the meeting. In order to make sure you have the most time for your 1:1 support, please be on time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you must do so 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds, but appointments can be rescheduled up to 3 times. In the event of your absence or without prior 24-hour notice, no refund will be issued due to that time having been reserved for you with no opportunity to allow another individual to schedule at that time, so you will forfeit that appointment.

If we review your information and decide we are not able to help you, we will cancel the scheduled appointment and you will be issued a full refund.

Our Goal For The Session
