Meet your parts work mentor, Kimberly Erickson

Kimberly Erickson, a holistic trauma coach and speaker, empowers individuals to heal from trauma and rewrite their stories using somatic awareness and parts work.

With personal experience in adoption, developmental trauma, attachment trauma, burnout, and stress, she brings empathy and expertise to her coaching practice, Growing Harmony Within.

Kimberly is a Biology Of Trauma™ Mastery Professional, an Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and has completed training in Somatic Attachment Therapy, RTR (Relational Trauma Repair), Somatic Parts Work, Internal Family Systems - Level 1 and Level 2, and NeuroAffective Touch.

She enjoys gardening, hiking, whitewater rafting, exploring rivers and just about anything outdoors. She lives in northern Minnesota with her husband and children.
