Were you once deeply hurt
and shocked that you put your guard up?

Finishing the story is important because trauma can feel endless without a sense of closure.

This is for you if you want:

  • An evidence-based process to record an event as a memory of the past using a specific technique that engages both Right and Left Brain and the autonomic nervous system
  • A deeper understanding of unconscious beliefs and behaviors developed from prior experiences
  • An opportunity to integrate all aspects of a past experience into a cohesive narrative with a sense of resolution
  • To achieve a sense of closure from a past experience and feel that the threat is truly over
  • To be released from the power of the fear of a past experience
  • Take back control of your life story moving forward

**You do not need to know a specific fear that has unconsciously been driving. That will be revealed with the process during the workshop

**You do not need to know or have a specific story that needs to be resolved and recorded as a memory of the past. That will be revealed with the process during the workshop.

This live art narrative workshop involves a process of engaging the body
and both sides of your brain and sketching out your trauma narrative to imagine an end point.

This can allow hidden aspects of the experience to surface softly. This method uncovers details through visuals and symbols that might not be accessible through words, helping to make the memory whole and clear.

This process organizes traumatic memories, provides them with verbal structure, places them in a historical context, and offers an objective, third-person perspective. This approach shields you from reliving the trauma and enhances your ability to feel empathy for your past self.

This might be the first time you physically sense that the threat is over. It could manifest as tears, an unexpected deep breath, or a feeling of your shoulders relaxing, with your chest and heart area slightly opening.

Science gives us the methods to integrate the story into our past, acknowledging that while our bodies still carry the impact of trauma, such processes are valuable steps in our healing journey.
