To Have More Energy—

It's a game-changer.

Trauma is an energy problem. By bringing more energy into the system on a cellular level, everything changes. Your body is able to stay present longer, even if the midst of difficult circumstances. You increase your capacity for life, stress, and resilience. If you have started to see improvements in your life, but you're still tired, struggling and stressed, this is the next step. We need to bring more energy in to the system. Let me show you how!

Overwhelm happens on a cellular level.

Why does the cell decide to give up and shut down?

Because it runs out of energy.

Let's Bring More Energy Into Your Life

No more days of burning out by noon. No more days of slumping on the couch with carryout. No more days of not being able to be present for your family.

Imagine what it would be like to actually have energy for the life you want to live. It's hard work and it doesn't happen overnight, but we can make small shifts to keep getting one degree closer to this reality!

In the course you will learn how to:

Increase Energy

Practical tools you can immediately implement to bring more energy into the system, on a cellular level. Start feeling shifts in having more energy, more life, more you.

Strengthen Resilience

If the system has what it needs, it never would have gone into shutdown in the first place. Understanding this, and equipping our body with everything it needs, changes everything.

Understand Trauma on a cellular level.

Trauma is an energy problem. What does cellular overwhelm look like? What is the freeze? What can we do about it? Become deeply familiar with your body's response patterns and how to best support yourself.

Dive Deep Into Energy, Overwhelm & Freeze

and The Connection to the Biology of Trauma™!

In This Module We Will Cover:

CHAPTER 1:

Cellular Overwhelm

While people experience overwhelm on an emotional level, in this chapter we look at overwhelm that happens on the cellular level. By understanding the process by which an individual cell gets overwhelmed, we have knowledge and tools to address overwhelm on a systems level.

CHAPTER 2:

Energy, Nutrients and Mitochondria

When a system has the support and nutrients it needs, it can face any stress. In this chapter, we look at the specific nutrients that get depleted with chronic stress and overwhelm as well as the nutrient imbalances that will lead to stress and overwhelm.

CHAPTER 3:

Energy, Toxins and Infections

Toxins and infections can play a major role in cellular overwhelm. They can both drain energy and compromise its production in the mitochondria. In this chapter, we understand the mechanisms, identify the various toxins and infections that play a role, and the leverage points we have to help address these.

CHAPTER 4:

Energy and Lab Testing

For a person struggling with overwhelm and freeze response, are labs important? Which labs are important? How do you read those labs through the lens of stress and trauma? In this chapter, we review the specific labs that are helpful for identifying the biology leverage points and healing opportunities for energy, overwhelm and freeze.

CHAPTER 5:

Trauma as an Energy Problem

When a system has enough energy, It will experience stress, but not overwhelm. In this chapter, we review the instinctual trauma response and why people get stuck in the survival patterns rather than being able to complete the cycle that it is designed to do.

CHAPTER 6:

Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia as Trauma Freeze Response

Energy and pain are features of the chronic freeze, and how do we effectively address these conditions through the lens of trauma. This chapter brings everything together from this module with real life cases and how to integrate the biology and trauma work in a safe way.

-If you are a provider that believes you already have  all the answers. This course is to learn about a piece of the Biology Of Trauma.

- If you are here to promote yourself rather than learn from others. This program strictly prohibits self-promotion.

-If you take things personally.  You will likely experience this course as a source of stress for you and additional support outside of class is not something that is available at this time.
