1. How Long Is The Course?
This course has 7 modules, designed as a 7-day Course. You will have 3 weeks access to the course content.
2. What Time Do We Meet For The Course?
I have created the course format as videos and content for you to do on your time and schedule
3. How Much Time Will The Modules Take Every Day?
The daily content and exercises will take 5-15 minutes every day. Since you have access for 3 weeks to the 7-Day Journey, it is not a problem if you get busy and miss a day or even several days! To get the most out of this course, you will want to create the time in your schedule to do a daily exercise.
4. Will I Get Support During This Course?
Yes! You will get support in the members area of the course. You can leave comments and I respond. You can see what others have written and this can add further understanding to the material and exercises.
I also do a live Q&A during the course. This is a great way to bring it all together and give you the confidence you are doing things the "right way"! You submit your questions ahead of time, and I answer them on the Q&A as well as walk you through a live exercise that is a bonus to what is included in the modules.
For even more support, we can arrange a session with a Somatic Experiencing coach to meet with you one-on-one for an additional price.

First, you can create space in your schedule before we start this journey together.
Secondly, get a notebook for this course that you will continue to use after this course as you implement the knowledge and tools. You will want to write down your new insights, tools and exercises that are especially helpful for your body, and track shifts that you notice happening in your mood, symptoms and reactions to triggers.
Thirdly, consider either the addition of a somatic coach session or taking the course a second time! There are advanced courses available to you after this Shift To Calm Aliveness course for continued work.
