Calling All Those Who Have Felt Lost –
I am so glad you are considering taking this journey into finding the power to finally be who you want to be. I am excited to give you the tools of parts work to accelerate your trauma healing journey.
In this self-paced exploration, I will guide you through a discovery process using somatic skills to familiarize you with all the parts of yourself that influence your daily experiences, triggers, and freeze responses.
Parts work is one of the three essential elements for addressing stored trauma in the body. It’s time to understand yourself on a level you’ve never known was possible and to finally show up in the world as your full, authentic self!
Parts Work Is An Essential Element
For An Integrated Approach To Trauma Work
Parts work is derived from the Internal Family Systems therapy approach. It provides a powerful modality for understanding and transforming the subconscious thoughts and beliefs that have kept you from living as who you truly want to be. Parts work is one of the 3 essential pillars for trauma healing, alongside somatic work and biology work.
